Cancelation Policy

At JF Electrical Testing, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our valued customers, we have established the following cancellation policy regarding non-refundable deposits: Non-Refundable Deposit: When booking any of our services, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is essential for us to allocate the necessary resources and time to your service request. Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. Any cancellations made within this 24-hour period will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may still result in the forfeiture of your deposit, at our discretion. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you have a genuine reason for canceling within the 24-hour period, please contact us directly. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full deposit credit towards future services.
