Portable Appliance Test (PAT)
Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. Stationary and IT equipment being used by the public should be PAT tested every 12 months. Portable and handheld equipment which falls under Class II should be tested every 6 months, and Class I equipment should be tested every 6 months.

Condition Report
(EICR)
Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) was previously known as 'Fixed Wire Testing'. An EICR is when your electrical installations are tested to ensure they are safe and they will not cause any fire risks or electric shocks. If you have an HMO or are the landlord of a rental property in England or Scotland, you must get an EICR every five years by law. It is also recommended to have one done at change of tenancy.
Minor Electrical Repair & Maintenance
We also offer Minor electrical repairs on all of our services. We understand that if a test fails due to a small issue that can easily be fixed then it is a hassle to have to call someone out and get it re-tested after a repair. That is why we offer this service by itself or as an addition to our other services, saving you time and hassle.
